1. Driver Requirements
All renters must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old. Additional identification may be required at the time of pickup.

2. Payment Policy
A valid payment method is required to confirm and complete your reservation. Rental charges must be paid in full at the time of pickup unless otherwise stated.

3. Vehicle Use
All vehicles must be used responsibly and in accordance with local traffic laws. Vehicles may not be used for illegal activities, racing, towing, or off-road driving.

4. Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when they were picked up. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling charge may apply.

5. Late Returns
Vehicles returned later than the agreed rental period may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance if you need to extend your rental.

6. Damage and Responsibility
Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. Any accidents or issues must be reported to RentMeCt immediately.

7. Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be canceled prior to the scheduled pickup time. Depending on the booking terms, cancellation fees may apply.

8. Vehicle Availability
While we do our best to guarantee the reserved vehicle, RentMeCt reserves the right to substitute a similar vehicle if necessary due to availability or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Cleanliness and Condition
Vehicles must be returned in reasonable condition. Excessive dirt, stains, or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
