Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Rent Me CT does not sell personal information for money and does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising through the reviewed public site or customer portal. No advertising pixel is active. We honor a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out where required, and the site keeps analytics and marketing storage off while that signal is enabled.
Cookie and Storage Choices
to accept, reject, or customize non-essential categories. Necessary booking, security, and sign-in storage remains available. See the Cookie and Browser Storage Policy for the current inventory.
Email and Text Choices
Marketing email is controlled by a separate unchecked choice in the customer portal and an unsubscribe link in marketing messages. Recurring transactional SMS is controlled by a separate unchecked choice; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. A requested one-time verification code and necessary account or rental communications are not marketing.
Access, Correct, Delete, Port, or Appeal
Where applicable law grants the right, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, a list of third parties receiving personal data, withdrawal of consent, opt-out, or an appeal of a denied request. Use our contact page, call 860-558-6031, or mail “Privacy Request” to Rent Me CT, 12 Holmes Circle, Farmington, CT. State the request and how we can contact you. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity and protect the account.
Where the Connecticut Data Privacy Act applies, we aim to respond within 45 days, subject to a permitted extension. To appeal, reply to the decision or submit a new request labeled “Privacy Appeal.”
Authorized Agents
An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits. We may ask for proof of the agent's authority and may directly verify the request with the consumer unless law provides otherwise.
No Discrimination
Rent Me CT will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. A request may affect a service when the information is necessary to provide it—for example, deleting an active account may prevent us from maintaining a reservation or returning a deposit safely.
